Here at Hair Success Salon & Spa we’ve worked hard for the last 35+ years to build a thriving business with a reputation for excellence. Fortunately, we succeeded. Unfortunately, we weren’t exactly prepared for that amount of success combined with the Covid-19 shut down. Now that we are open again, we’re booked solid with standing clients in desperate need of our services. Our wait list is long enough to stretch from one side of BLU Water Creek to the other.

Clearly, this crisis requires immediate resolution.

Do you hold a valid Cosmetology, Nail Technology, Esthetics or Massage Therapy license in the state of North Dakota? Are you looking for full-time or part-time employment at a salon & spa that offers highly competitive commissions and benefits like health insurance and continuing education?

Our ideal candidate will have an active occupational license in good standing and will share our strong commitments to promptness, professionalism, and client safety.

Plenty of reasons! Hair Success Salon & Spa is owned and managed by a group of passionate, current and former service providers who know how to succeed in the beauty & wellness business. We hold the majority of the beauty and wellness market, not only in the FM area, but throughout the region. We offer everything from salon, spa, medspa and a dine-in restaurant all at one location. Our guests list this, along with our warm, friendly service as one reason they wouldn’t even consider going elsewhere. While professionalism is paramount to our work, we also love to kick back as a team and get a little crazy. You will find that our policies and practices are quite different than what you’re probably used to. 

How important is skill level/experience?  

Not crazy important. We provide every employee with extensive training to ensure mastery of our service protocols, so we greatly prioritize hard-working applicants with positive attitudes, regardless of their skill level.
