Welcome to Hair Success Salon and Spa / Skin Medical Aesthetics Clinic

We created the region's premier Salon, Spa & MediSpa to bring relaxation, rejuvenation and beauty to our guests in our state-of-the-art facility. Beauty and wellness are our passion. We offer the latest in Hair, Skin, Nails, Spa, and MediSpa Services. We invite you and you family & friends to "get away without ever leaving town!"


  • General Salon & Spa Policies

     Please be on time for your appointment. Late arrival may result in shortened services or having to reschedule your appointment. We will strive to serve you the best we can.

     If for any reason you are not satisfied with your service providers product care recommendations, you may exchange for another product within 5 days of purchase.

     If you are unsure of what services you need, we are happy to schedule you for a complimentary consultation. For makeup, up styling, special occasion styling, and bridal styling, Hair Extensions, Spa Services, and Med Spa Services.  Please call the salon 701.235. Hair (4247) or 701.232.9383.

     Our goal is that you love your hair, Skin or Spa. If for any reason, we fell short of that please notify the salon within 5 days of your service to have it corrected. This policy does not cover a change in color or style. Full-service pricing applies after 5 days. Hair Success will not be liable for hair color that has been done outside our salon within those 5 days. 


  • Cancelation Policy

    Upon scheduling your services, we do require a credit card for Multiple appointments, Groups and Bridal Parties, to secure your appointment.  If you no call, no show you will be charged the full amount.

    We do require 48 hours notice for all cancellations and changes to avoid charges for your reserved time. No show Appointments will also be charged in full.

    Please understand that we schedule specific time just for you, sometimes hours, and without proper notice we are unable to accommodate other guests. We respectfully consider your time just as valuable as your service provider.

  • COVID-19 Guidlines

    Guest Guidelines:


    • If you are experiencing any fever, cough, sore throat, have been exposed to anyone with COVID-19, or have traveled to any pandemic “hot spots” in the last 14 days – please reschedule your appointment.


    • We ask that guests check in with their service provider via text from your car or call 701-232-9383 to check in. Your service provider will text or call you when they are ready to take you for your appointment.


    • If you are being dropped off you can come into our waiting room, but please follow our social distancing protocol allowing 6 feet between yourself and others.


    • We ask that only one guest enter our building for each appointment. Please do not bring anyone with you.


    • Please wear a mask when entering our building, and sanitize your hands at one of our touchless sanitizer stations. We will provide a face shield for services requiring their use.


    • Please arrive 15 minutes early for massage or body treatment services . You are required to use our private steam showers before your service.


    • Our sanitation protocol will be shared with each guest to ensure everyone’s safety.


    • We are booking time between each guest for sanitization of work areas and tools.


    • Our guests have all been on hold for 6 weeks, which has led to a busy schedule. We ask you to call ahead and book your appointment right away at 701-232-9383, or book online at hssas.com. All services are by appointment only.


    • Our salon has been designed with the privacy of our guests in mind, with all hairstyling booths enclosed by walls eliminating exposure to other guests during your service.


    • Our spa rooms are also very private, and our spa locker rooms are spacious enough to allow for social distancing. We provide private steam showers which are required before all massage and body treatment services.


    • Our pedicure and manicure stations are set up to allow for a minimum of 6 feet between guests. 


    • we are utilizing level 1 grade sanitizers with a 30 second kill rate.


    • We ask that if you want to give your service provider a tip please do so during the service. Our front desk will not be handling cash, so please come prepared.


    • Our Salt Float will be closed until further notice.


    • Due to the pandemic we will not be able to use any outside products at this time.


    • Our service providers have added additional hours to their schedules in order to help get you all caught up with your appointments, and back to your regular schedule. 


    We truly appreciate all of our guests, and your patience and cooperation in this transition to the “New Normal”. Together we can move forward safely.
